I have a Model for HTS723232A7A364 thin hdd, hard disk PCB no joint COM line of the port, the hdd how to connect COM line?

There is no terminal connection for Hitachi drives.

Thanks for the reply , the new version UDMA 5.23 tip hard disk need COM terminal connection, no connection cannot enter UDMA work mode

Terminal is present on native Hitachi, before they purchase IBM HDD division. After this takeover, no terminal is present.
For this series. no access via serial is possible
