I have lost the MEM_P and MEM_S custom families from the IBM/Hitachi utility.

How do I get it back. I reinstalled, but this did not help.

I have all the other custom families, but not these. I need it for a 7K320-200

Try to download from your update box file IBMOverride.ini from folder
PC-3000 for Windows UDMA (4.5x) with Data Extractor / Resources / Hitachi(IBM)
and then rewrite this file in folder on your PC
C:\Program Files\ACE Lab\PC-3000\Bin\!Profiles\HITACHI-IBM
Restart utility.
MEM_P and MEM_S should appear.
