HDS721616PLA300 show ABR error

I have Hitachi HDS721616PLA300
When i power in start with normal sound and became ready
(some times when i power it knok for 3..10 times then became ready)
but when i start the Hitachi-IBM utility show
DRD , DSC , DRQ , ERR()ABR all on
HDD ID has not been read Error read HDD ID (ABR)
I run the utility and select HDS7216PL family
Loading data for correction of HDD family handling settings from section DPTA

Model by ID............................. : <ID IS NOT READ>
Techno mode key......................... : Ok
NV-RAM reading.......................... : Ok
