I have bad NVRAM and a good board.
Where do I find NVRAM copy in SA?
Is this a NVRAM image?

Take a good (matching) board, start the HTS5416J9 utility and let the tool find the correct values to generate a new NVram.
Make sure your sparepart has the same FW version.

This will restore SA access only, data will remain inaccessible. For data access you need restore native NVRAM which can be found in SA tracks. You can identify by its header, compare this against current NVRAM/donor NVRAM if you are unsure of ths header.
