Hi,

Have a disk with NVRAM corrupted, and i am trying to see a match for a NVRAM.

Have some resources with this:

Selected family......................... : ATMR
Model by ID............................. : IC25N060ATMR04-0
ROM ID.................................. : AD0A
NV-RAM ID............................... : AD4A
RESF version............................ : AD4A

The ROM id and the NVRAM id match the first two letters
ADxx

Also when i see the nvram Report,

Have 10 NVRAM with the CODE AD4A.

Have 1 NVRAM with the CODE AD0A

What i do is write the NVRAM in the donnor PCB, to see if the drive work and get the ID.

I am not get any sucess?

Any Ideia, what i am missing here ?

How would compatible NVRAM be identified, especially if original NVRAM is missing/physically damaged?

I am fairly sure PC3K UDMA has a option for searching SA for copy of NVRAM and writing to PCB, but so far I have had no luck with it,

Maybe someone else has some ideas?
