i have a hdd with the following specification :
hitachi , 2.5" , 500 GB , Model : HTS545050B9A300 and also there is : HDD : 5K500 B-500
when i connect Sata power to it , it doesn't spin up .
now i have another hdd same as the patient ( i mean all the things written on the hdds are the same )
after i change the pcb and connect the patient one , it starts spinning but click once and when i tried to
enter the UNIVERSAL window of PC3000 it said " the hdd is not ready "
now my question is : " are there any necessities should i do before swapping PCBs ? "

You should know that those drives have nv-ram that need to be swapped.

Did you check for common problem like bad Fuse?

Datalabace answers this correct for you. It may be possible to read NVRAM from your dead PCB depending on its fault. Alternatively, it should be swapped with hot air
