yes, most probably media damage making it impossible to start the disk.
Had some cases like this too. Nothing helps to solve it. I had to give up.

Hi again,

I am having some problems in matching the heads in the hitachi notebook disk,

I have 3 different models that i match the MLC and i can not have ID.

If i put the heads again in the donor they work, i can have ID.

Anyone have this problems.

Any solution for this ?

Thanks
