Samsung HD502HJ turns five seconds and it stopped

I have a Samsung HD502HJ hard drive
P / N: HD502HJ / B
Rev: A
Frm: 1AJ100002

he turns five seconds and it stopped and the PC 3000 can not detect.
I took voltage PCB and compare with other PCBs, there are the same voltage.

Probably is some problem with Alist or SMART.

After it stops, can you send soft reset (or maybe several) and does it show ID then?
