RAM Head map function in new version of SAMSUNG Utility

5.1x Latest version of PC-3000 UDMA's Samsung utility is able to change RAM head map settings on all Samsung drive families except those:

Rubicon
P80A
Storm 2G
MH80
NEON 1.8
N2B

Is There Anywhere i Can Read How To " Initialise Drive Using RAM Headmap " . I Have a Samsung ST500LM012 500 GB And The Drive Clicks Constantly .Software Says it Has 4 Heads .If I Make The Head Map 0 0 0 0 the Drive starts But In De When i Make a Head Map It Only Shows 0 and 1 head not 4 .Why is De Behaving Like This ,Can Someone Advise Please
