Most likely this drive has problems with its 0th head. This Samsung hard drive family has 3 system heads. Power it on and let this drive knock for 2-3 minutes, it will go to DRD DSC state and let you read the data from its good heads(need to build a head map within Data Extractor).
If you need only a few files from that drive, the method with reading the data from healthy heads may work, in other case swap the heads from same model donor drive.
