samsung F13D-rom-help

I have big problems with Samsung F13D:Model HD103UJ (1 terra),PN HD103uj/TKY, PCB Trinity 32 MB bf41-0026B Roo
I tried several schemes but I could not read Rom at the end. What is the correct scheme for read Rom at the terminal
Not to mention that the HDD spin-up and access to data should read rom and rewrite it on another PCB
At the terminal receive the mesaje "Send data error"
