I experienced exactly same case and report, one of the drives heads has a problem, head transplanting for this model did not succeed with me, and i advise you to be very vey carefull, each head has thin metal boundary, at both sides, do not touch it, or damage it is very sensitive, try not to allow heads touch the surface (i do not know how), in sum Russian Forums, they say that head transplanting for this model is not succeeding, may be some thing related to allignment of heads.

Good Luck

Hi Zebong,

I've got the same case.
Same terminal output with slightly difference in ADC:

SPW 1.5G LinkOk! ADC: FFFC
SpnOk
spd: 0000 0000 0000
H: +00000
ADC: FFFD
DAC: 6A84

Did you manage to replace MHA? Comments about it are not much encouraging!
