Samsung PCB problem

Hi,
I have several Samsung Magma drives with the same problem on PCB.
Drive spins, but heads doesn't come off parking position. When I change PCB for a compatible one, drive works fine.
Do you know wich component on the PCB becomes damaged on this cases?
