This output can tell us the drive has incompartible ROM version.
Please check patient PCB for a small 8-leg ROM chip with "ATxxxx" and "25xxxx" (x-any symbol) signature. Then resolder this chip from patient to donor PCB and put that PCB to patient drive.

It should start well and give you the access to data.

If that will not happen, try hot-swapping the drive with next stages:
1. Hot-swap and get the patient modules
2. Write all modules except overlay ones, then perform hot-swap again.

Please send us a reply after you will try these methods.
With best regards

Try to change the ROM, but did not work

ROM from patient : nChipRev = 53C2U

ROM from donor : ChipRev = 63B0

Terminal:

nChipRev = 63B0FW[8925]-Chip mismatch !
