Samsung MP0804H power on and then off

I have Samsung MP0804H, Rev B, power on and then off by itself, not calibrated.

I change PCB and ROM same problem, successfully change HDA and same problem.
Hot swap it works and all modules are ok but unable to get the data using DE.
checked SA, service tracks all ok. Once i power it off and on again the problem persist.
Any ideas what is going on guys? Thank you.
