Error VSCE PERN OVL NOT LOADED. LDR Upload is recommended

Hi

Hello i am trying to fix a hdd when i connect the hdd to PC3K i get this error VSCE PERN OVL NOT LOADED. LDR Upload is recommended the hdd sounds is spinning fine, do you guys think it could be a head problem? the drive was not drop, a user just hard shutdown a computer and the hdd never came back, if you have any tips i will really appreciated. The hdd MDL is WD5000AAKX-75U6AA0.

Enter utility in normal mode and enter SPT value (1290 for this model) then try to read SA modules over ID. If module #11 reads, this is the LDR you need to upload. If not, then you need to report here SA version from the log window and some one can try to upload one here for you

Update on the drive so i enter the utility in normal mode added the SPT value when i tried to red modules over ID it didn't work, here is a pic of a log from the source drive and the donor drive i got.

On entering utility in normal and entering SPT you need to load DIR table to static modules table. This is done now with 1 click at option "Upload DIR to RAM" you can find this option at same option as LDR loading (RAM operations button at toolbar)

After loading, try to read modules by ID again
