MODEL:WD10JM1VW belongs to which family

hello sir,
i have wd 1tb ext usb drive MODEL:WD10JM1VW is detected by windows too but it becomes too slow.in my pc3k v5.5 drive cant take family so i m unable to use slow read option.Aswell unable to create head map.Can u pls help me my pcb no is :2060-771961-000 rev p1 can u pls suggest cross pcb.marwel no is:88i9446-NDB2 ROM IS :25U20A
Or anybody tell me which family i should choose.
