hi to all
I have WD 2.5" sata
after connecting it to pc3000 , some part of the statements it shows are as follow:

ROM Modules:
Flash ROM dir reading................... : Ok
SA regions address...................... : by default
SA Translator loading................... : Ok
SA defects assigned..................... : 2


Heads configuration..................... : by map
Heads number............................ : 3
Heads number in use..................... : 3
Switched off heads...................... : No
Heads map............................... : 1,2,3
ROM Firmware version.................... : 0010000T


now i have 2 questions :
1) the line in red color , what is it ? should i repair anything or it got ok ??
2) when i tried to do HEAD TEST with PC3000 , although the hdd has 3 heads but heads no.1 and 2 were checked to test , the head no.3 had no checkmark to test , is there anything wrong with head no. 3 ?

this is also the result of head test :

Heads test
Cylinder to test........................ : -10
Heads to test........................... : 1,2,3
Head 1.................................. : Ok
Head 2.................................. : Ok
Head 3.................................. : Error W : 36


any suggestion ?

I tried to repair the H.D.D but I could not .

for repairing , simply you you remove head no 3 from test menu
