How to repair modules 36 and 40?

Hello forum! This drive model is WDC WD30EZRX-00MMMB0 and FW is 80.00A80 / 00200037.
I've had about 5 drives like this (bad modules 36 & 40) and have never been able to recover them. Ace Support looked at the last one and said it wasn't possible. Then the drive went to another data recovery company and they DID recover the data. The drive I currently have went to a large data recovery company first, who said they could recover the data (but too expensive for my client).
When the drive first came in, it would spin up, stay busy for a while, try to read SA, but eventually (maybe 1-2 minutes later) it would show ABRT light and spin down.
Using hot swap + SA search I found mod 01 and "used in utility." I was able to fix mod 32. This allowed the drive to get ready without hot swap but no LBA access = modules 36 & 40 are bad (along with some B modules which I fixed using a drive with same firmware). Module 36 is all "0000" and module 40 is "0000" for about the first 5%, then looks correct.
I tried writing a donor 36, drive went back to ABRT error and spins down. SA Search could not find 36 or 40. Searching manually through tracks, the best I can find is the header for 40 (not 36), but not the full module.
Since I know recovery IS possible in this situation, does anyone have any ideas? Or can you point me in the right direction?
P.S. All heads are OK. SA Structure Test here:
