Restoring 33 from module E0

I've got a Pinclite series drive with a completely jacked 33 and 31 modules... there are DEAD areas inside the actual list (not just whitespace) on both copies so I am unable to re-create one. I did, however, get a good read of the E0 module.
In a previous version of the PC3000 UDMA there was a utility you could access by clicking on the Defects list button to regenerate the 33 from the E0 module, but for some reason this utility seems to have been removed, I'm guessing by accident as it was super useful.
Has this utility moved and I'm just unable to locate it? Can we get it put back in the tool or can we get an older version of PC3000 that had it installed?
On a side note, the 03 module is also bad. We've gotten past this in the past by writing about 50 different 03 modules until one let us regenerate the translator and then it typically worked fine. I'm guessing E1 or E2 is probably a backup of this guy? Anyone know?
