it fails to detect family
module c5 indicates its an everest 5

Well, Everest 5 is listed in WDC Marvel utility.
What happens when you are entering utility with "Everest 5" family selected? Are there any errors displayed in log?

no seems to work ok
backed up the resources
i think it had few module errors
