pb with WD 1 To MY BOOK

I have 2 identical WD 1To ( My Book model) from 2 differents customers.
They have the same problem. They are well recognized but they are 4 empty partitions in DE. I can't find nothing in raw recovery mode.
Does someone have an idea or a way to recover my customers data? These HDDs are not encrypted by a password and are in NTFS.

Hello
This drive have SmarWare software so you should conect the drive to mybook usb pcb and connect this drive to your PC as usb disk then run DE

Are you connecting the drive by USB?

thanks a lot. I try to connect the hdd in sata so I can't find datas. I try to connect in usb and it is working fine withe the upgrade of pc3k
