Hi and Happy New Year! This 2TB WD20EADS "almost" images on DDI, but then soon has problems reading. I attached a screen shot of the PC3000-UDMA log that appears upon initialization of the WD-Marvell utility.

Please advise what this is telling me and how to use PC3KU to fix it (if possible)

Thanks!
Chris

Can you post SA structure test to check what modules are damaged?

Hi,

Can you read modules by ID?
Can you read service tracks?

I get an error with the ID. And when I try tracks, it takes many hours even for the first one.
Obviously something wrong
