Was anyone able to fix this problem? We have got a couple of 1TB Hulks that SA Structure test and head test had no errors, but the drive did not allow getting the data from it.
Do you have any solution for this problem?

Have you tried a new PCB?

I haven't replaced the PCB but I did clean all the contacts. The client mentioned that the drive had been dropped when teh drive was turned off, so I am mot sure if is worth ordering parts. All head tests passed as wel as SA and ROM, but still no access to the data.

Any tips?

I am not so sure that the heads test feature on ROYL is 100% accurate...

But this drive have a ramp for heads.
And it was dropped when was off.
So maybe it was safe.
The problem is somwhere else...
I think in the firmware this time.
