help for WD4000YR-01PLB0 Translation mod have some problem
over 40000 sectors can't read sector.
read error (48BIT) device error detected(UNC)

I can't find this model HD.

someone can help me ..

Disable some heads and check, i think the disk heads should be replaced, it is not translator problem.

but , this case need for data recovery

What is the number of the bad module?
Have you tried translator regeneration yet?

If you have doubts, please post log of module checking
