Hello,

Can anyone tell-me which family can i use to this disk : WD5000AAVS-00ZTB0


I have two disk off this model for datarecovery.

First One it detect all ID serial Model.

Second one dont detect anything. ( FOTO2 )


It gives DRD DSC, think PCB.

This drive WD5000AAVS-00ZTB0 correspond to Spider family, but we do not support it. That is why you couldn't work with it.

When will support for families such as Spider and Kermit be added?

Hi ZeBong.

I have here the same model and PC3000 gives me the same information. Did you manage the problem with the WD5000AAVS? My PC3000 support spider-models, but I can't find a way to fix the problems.
