WD10JMVW very slow

Hi there.
I'm on a drive, WD10JMVW

When I try to format the drive, it is less than 1000 LBA/s

There is no data to retrieve, I study cases to inscrease skills.
I of course made "slove slow responding problem".
I put rom in sata board, but same issue.

Disk initialize well
I have access to SA, normal mode, etc.
I check modules, replace several modules with defect header (0002, 002f) with same model/firmware drive
I try format with and without p-list and g-list
I try translator regeneration



Have an idea ?
