Hi Guys,
Does someone familiar with a recovery software that already knows to handle the data partition of a WD MyCloud NAS with 1 disk.
It used a Ext4 Linux file system with special 64KB sector size.
The disk is healthy but i need an extraction tool for this fs.
Thanks

Re: WD MyCloud NAS Ext4 recovery
Hello,
you’re right Odedshankar. I recently closed a similar case with same drive.
The drive, however, had some physical problems, two heads with reading problems, many bad sectors in critical zones of the operating system (super block..etc).
Playing with DE I managed to get almost all sectors, and with the latest version of UFS I managed to get the data with the names of the folders and files, even if the main structure was damaged.
In DE opening Explorer I saw the main structure with the names of users, but the contents of the folders was empty.
Anyway I was not aware of special 64KB sector size.
