WD10EADS-00M2B0 BSY/DRD/DSC and buzzing

I have WD10EADS-00M2B0, starts spinning and gets ready OK, ID's OK on utility start but autodetect makes it BSY/DRD/DSC. Disk is spinning but I can hear repeated short buzzing sound and I can feel drive vibration like it tries to re-calibrate repeatedly.

I have applied SA Regions editing method to gain access to service area. All modules read and tested OK. All heads tested OK. Solve slow responding problem tested OK. Restore SA regions and restart the drive - no joy, same symptoms.

Is there anything else I can try before looking for donor drive and hot swap?

did you try to regenerate translator?
how is glist defects .are there defects ? if there are defects did all if it on 1 head ? did you clear it?
are you sure your 0 head is not week ?
