WD McKinley 2.5 ROM build from SA data ERROR

Hello.-

I tried to rebuild ROM in this laptop drive, but an error appears at the end of the process. I dont know if I am missing something.

The drive is completely dead because PCB damage.

1. I connected donor PCB in patiente drive, starts okey and I can read modules.
2. I remove the PCB from HDA and connect to PC3K, alone, then power on and run the utility, select Marvell familiy correctly in Kernel mode.
3. Then I starts ROM build from SA data, select profile folder and write modules
4. At the end an error appears as you see in the attached file, why is that, what I am missing?

The ROM build process is made with PCB connected alone without HDA, is that correct?
