translator regentreration

I have a
WDC WD2500BEKT-60PVMT0

I do logical scan for defects
it finds a bad sector at 6.2M
I let it "assign to marvel G list"

I redo the scan and the bad sector still is there.

So do I now run translator regnereatioon?
if so which option is correct _ I want the user data so I dont want shifts.
Do I choose.
use plist and glist? - or will that create a shift?
Just plist - but wont that miss the added defect on the glist?
