1. Is PCB 100% sure to be original?
2. Have you checked the FW modules?

The XYZ symptoms are common and can be caused by mismatch of ROM and ATA Overlay (mod 11), damaged adaptive modules, incompatible ROM... Verify PCB is native, and check SA structure for errors

It is donor board only. Now it is working after replacing the flash ROM-U12 chip from the original board.
