WD800JDXXJNXX possible utility error

I think this might be an error within WD Marvel utility:

I picked 3 fully working hdds for taking modukles into my database
It autodetect as Sabre53 family

At start, utility display message:
Firmware version........................ : Module 0D reading error Data request error - Device Error Detected: "FM ERR DIR"

All tested hdd were fully working

I am told this is fixed in updated version when it is released, I do not think Sabre family even have this module.
