WD3200BB Translator regen: error code 3C0A

Hi to all!
I have a WD3200BB-55KEA0 drive with head #0 damaged.
I bent and disabled it and now I can start the drive (the passport is ok).
The P-list and other modules are damaged (I attached a full SA report). The G-list is read (only Copy 0).
I'm looking for a donor and meanwhile I tried to perform a translator regen, but the utility gives me the "ERROR CODE....3C0A".
What does it mean?
Can anyone help me to recover data, please?
