Hello everybody.
I have WCD WD2500JB-00REA0 drive with broken module 33 (Translator). Both copies are 'red'. I ran SA Surface scan and it found several bad sectors but the worst of all is that there is a Bad Sector under Translator module.
When I tried to rewrete module 33 from donor drive I am getting errors like this one:
Physical write error C/H/S: -11/0/384 Techno CMD sending error Drive is not ready
Is there any way to re-allocate that Bad Sector and regenerate translator?

This is very strange situation. Are you sure do two modules of translator damage only? Is everything else OK? Do you try to recalculate translator with use P-LIST only? If it not help then we have just one way for get data from this drive. It is HOT-SWAP method. For this you should find the same drive WD2500JB-xxRExx, where x - is not important symbols.
Steps of HOT-SWAP:
1. back up all resource from donor drive (ROM, Modules, Tracks)
2. make hot-swap
3. read SA from patient HDD and read 31h, 32h modules (Translator)
4. write 31h, 32h modules into SA of donor HDD
5. make hot-swap again
6. get data of user
7. restore native modules of translator of donor drive.
