ST1000333AS busy problem with led:00000cd err

hi
ive got a ST1000333AS and it is just busy
both tried short connect and isolating PCB
and sill cannot appear F3 T>/
here is the code

it is cc1f,and im lookin for a same hdd.
does hot swap work?

HotSwap wont work.
IF you place paper to isolate heads from PCB and wait some time, it should reach ready with T> access. What happens if you isolate and wait for it?

when i isolating PCB,no code.and it seems it's ready.
but when ctrl+z ,nothing happens.
