Is there any to access a blank track seagate drive?

I backup both track 0 and track 1, in fact, it is head 0 and head 1.
then overwrote head 0 tracks with head 1 track, but there are nothing in the head 1 track, so I got a drive without any firmware in the system area.
How can I write back the head 0 track back to hard drive?
