i have a st500dm002!
when power on h.d.d only is bsy
i do short pin.
isoltion.
h.d.d no sound head click.
please help me ?

Can you reach T> at terminal without short? You need to get this shorted correctly to retain access to terminal. Try to short before, during and after recalibration and check terminal response each time. Some of these take some work to get right but once you have terminal access you have many more options for correct diagnosis,
