I have Seagate st1000dm003 1 Tb hard disk. it is detecting perfectly but slow. It has Two heads and single platter.

I can access SA area smoothly. without any error. I can REad data area. but every few (approx. 256) sectors it slows and gives
SNOOOZZZZZZEEE Retry in terminal log.

I have tried with slow seek and stop calibration at 0D options and/or RRO mode. but Same issue.

is it related to SA? or Related to MOtor? What will be solution?

Can Platter swap works for Seagate F3?
