Momentus 7200.4 BUSY LED:00000067 shorting points?

I have ST9500423AS Momentus 7200.4.
Drive stays busy, terminal LED:00000067 FAddr:003851BC (repeats after a while)
Head is OK, checked with donor drive, PCB OK.
PCB 100675229 Rev A
I have tried shorting points marked in red, yellow and green - no joy.
Are there other shorting points that I can try? Can this drive be shorted at all - I believe Roustam mentioned that some drives can't be shorted? What else can I try?
Any ideas and suggestions much appreciated.
