I have a h.d.d seagate 500 st500dm002, its condition of spindle motor is good and head is not bad but it doesnt detect
do you know the problem!!?
how can I deal with it?

me and some of users have the same problem but not solved!

This description is very vague. Are any registers lit? Is there any terminal output?

Could be typical FW bug, could be PCB related, could be connectivity issue... really you need to give better description of symptoms
