Seagate ST2000DM001

Hi ,i have seagate ST2000DM001 with pcb 100664987 . When I connect drive to PC-3000 and turn power on it just clicks and then spins down and the terminal shows that attachment. Any ideea and short points ? thanks

if the hdd is not ID, and you have click sound, hdd head's may bad and you should change the hdd with donor hard disk.

This means Servo cant be read. Usually is some physical error with heads or surface damage. Sometimes you can reach ID and partial data with head map adjustment in ROM

I changed the hard drive heads donor and just as happens with this hard. I need all the data on the hard drive but it looks like keep solved. In this case you should try to extract partial data without a head. However, if the surface is broken there was no way to load something in RAM or ROM to be able to access all hard drive and extract all data? sorry my english
