Changing heads adaptives for 7200.11 500GB

Hi Guys,

I have a 7200.11 drive with dead heads but no platter damage as it was stiction.
I installed heads from donor and it is identified and i can image but very slowly.
Only one head is imaging fast, rest of the heads are very slow but if i set high timeout 5000ms i get all sectors but very very slow.
i am quite sure it is the heads adaptives that i need to transfer from the donor to the patient.
Can you please advise how to do that?

Read ROM from donor PCB. Next, load patient ROM in PC3000 utility. Once patient is open, there is toolbar on the right which will load ROM adaptives from donor. Simply select to import head adaptives and select your donor ROM
