7200.10 need recovery

its Hdd 80 7200.10
st380215as
FW 3.aad
the disk have very bad sector so i try to recover data with DE.after some data recover the hdd power of and not detected by PC or PC3000.the hdd not power.
when i connect to pc the hdd start but not reconigze.after some time i can hear some noise in head.
plz help me to recover data.
