Dear Guru
hi
I have a Sentosa 1TB hard disk
when i turn it on with pc3000 the calibration sound attracts my attention , it is something like this :
ttss .... zzzzzzzzzz .... spin up and calibration ok . DRD ,DSC are green
after i enter Seagate F3 window everything is ok
when i tried to read ROM , DT or Sys Files the following message (error) is shown :
Error : Error starting command "RD CP part" (Drive is not ready)
Result.................................. : Error
Cannot create file C:\Program Files\ACE Lab\PC-3000\Bin\!Profiles\SgF3\Sentosa\ST1000LM010-9YH146-CC9F-Z2L03B51-Tisp \Data\ROM\ROM.bin
and when i used HEAD CHECKS option i see the below message

FAIL Op=0555 Resp=0005
Head 00 Resistance 009A
Head 01 Resistance 0126
Head 02 Resistance 00F6
Head 03 Resistance 00DB
Head 04 Resistance 00BB
Head 05 Resistance 004A
Head 06 Resistance 00B1
when i try to save the user data , after a while the hdd starts clicking
any suggestion to recover the data ?
should i change the heads ?
