st9500325AS Freez after 10 sec.

I have Seagate Usb 2.5" Hard disk drive. It is detecting via usb but shows few bed sectors so Data access is slow. I have taken the imp. data 100gb backup with slow copy using third party application. After I have open the casing. the Hard disk is 5400.6
St9500325AS. First time The utility has detected the hdd perfectly. Option the utility status Shows

I have just noticed After Power Off/ON The hard disk detectling for 10 sec. If you try to read any modules shows DRD, DSC, DRQ Led is on.
How to recover the remaining data?
