i have maxtor STM31000340AS.I can not access terminal.i try evreything but still not work.can any help??PLZ

Post the full details, including FW. It is possible this case may require alternative process to get terminal access, such as short circuit.

the FW:MX15
i try by short point.but after i have F3 T> and i press Ready the led error show again and sometimes whean i type Z in terminal i have LED erro

MX15 needs no special workaround, though suspect you are attempting to access T> without isolating PCB first.

You need to ensure PCB is detached from HDA first.
