Momentus LED error diagnostics

Hello experts
I will be glad to know what this error means
disk is momentus 7200.4 , disk spins & spins down with LED error

with only pcb following terminal is shown -

disk clicks continuously with pcb , terminal as shown here -

How to fix this issue , any guidance will be appreciated.
