7200.12 No Host Fis error

Hello
How to fix this error? Is it possible to recover data if disk spins down by giving no host fis error?

Please provide full error output. Different error numbers stay for different problems.

I have same drive with same problem ... Errors are like
Rst 0x20M
No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 2002A185
Drive keep spinning

My exactly error is "No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 2002B001
