ST2000DL003 FIRMWARE PROBLEM

Hello,
i have a ST2000DL003 with FW CC31 firmware failed like a Baracuda 11.
Not detect in bios but normal sound.
I tried to fix with hyper terminal but fail.
Please help.

Never seen that drive.
Is that the model? And what's the family?
Can you post a picture of the label?

what is the problem with this drive?

and when it powers up, does the sound looks OK or clicks?

again some terminal log of the Init. from termianl

Capacity 0 MB problem.
After power on, sounds ok.

when you power it ON, just listen carefully and listen
does it spin normal? on the begin. ???
